Bancassurance Specialist – Private Banking

A well-established bank is seeking an experienced Bancassurance Specialist to support its Private Banking business, providing insurance advisory and solutions to HNW clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Private Bankers to identify clients’ protection, wealth preservation, succession and legacy planning needs.
  • Provide specialist advice on insurance solutions and support bankers in structuring suitable client propositions.
  • Conduct joint client meetings and deliver insurance presentations to HNW clients.
  • Work closely with insurance partners on product solutions, case management, underwriting and policy implementation.
  • Provide product training and market updates to bankers while ensuring compliance with regulatory and suitability requirements.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in bancassurance, insurance advisory or wealth planning, preferably covering HNW/private banking clients.
  • Strong knowledge of life insurance, protection, wealth transfer and legacy planning solutions.
  • Proven ability to partner with Private Bankers/RMs and engage sophisticated HNW clients.
  • Relevant CMFAS qualifications/certifications required for the role.
  • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
