Who We Are

Maggie's is our playful take on "Almost Chinese" dining. A restaurant that's proudly unapologetic in reimagining familiar flavours through a modern lens. Located in the heart of Keong Saik, we're known for bold food, creative cocktails, warm hospitality, and a dining experience that never takes itself too seriously. Behind all the fun is a team that genuinely cares about what we do and the people we do it with. What You’ll Do:

  • Craft both house cocktails and timeless classics with consistency and care
  • Learn our signature drinks — (from Puckered Pamela's elderflower spritz to Juicy Jenny's Aomori apple daisy) and make them your own
  • Build knowledge of spirits, wine, and flavour balance
  • Engage with guests at the bar and on the floor, creating an experience that feels personal and effortless
  • Work closely with the team to keep service smooth, fast, and fun
  • Aid with ordering, stock keeping and management
  • Help maintain cleanliness, prep, and organisation across the bar

What You’ll Get
