SUMMARY:

As the Bartender at Willow & Oak, you will prepare and serve a variety of high-quality beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer, in line with our operational standards. You will play a key role in maintaining bar cleanliness, managing stock levels, and delivering friendly, attentive service to enhance our guests' experience. This position is ideal for a passionate, well-organized F&B professional with strong beverage knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to growing alongside a collaborative team in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards.
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all beverages.
  • Provide friendly and attentive service while engaging with guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene of the bar.
  • Assist with bar opening and closing duties, including mise en place and stock replenishment.
  • Monitor stock levels and minimise wastage.
  • Follow beverage recipes, SOPs, and service standards.
  • Work closely with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
  • Assist with maintaining bar equipment and ensuring proper storage of products.
  • Support the team with other operational duties as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous bartending or relevant F&B experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Responsible, punctual, and well-organised.
