Job Summary

You will deliver facial services with expertise, ensuring excellent sales and service performance. You will work under supervision in a fast-paced environment, providing attentive, client-focused treatments and clear communication about procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver facial treatments using skilled hand techniques to meet client needs
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain high service performance standards
  • Adapt to fast-paced work conditions while maintaining passion for customer service
  • Follow assigned work schedules, including weekends and public holidays
  • Collaborate effectively with the shop manager and team members
  • Provide client-centered service by understanding and responding to individual client needs
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to explain treatment procedures to clients
  • Maintain thoroughness and attention to detail in all treatments
  • Apply knowledge of beauty therapies and skin and body care products to enhance client outcomes
