Key Responsibilities

Treatment Services

  • Perform beauty and wellness treatments according to Company protocols and standards.
  • Monitor and follow up on customers' treatment progress through before-and-after photographs, regular skin assessments, treatment records, and customer feedback, and report observations where necessary.
  • Educate customers on treatment care and product usage.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and treatment experience.
  • Ensure all treatments are performed safely, professionally, and in accordance with Company standards.
  • Assist doctors with medical aesthetic procedures, including treatment preparation, patient support, documentation, and other related duties, as required.

Sales Support

  • Support Consultants and Management in achieving outlet sales targets and objectives.
  • Introduce and reinforce product and treatment benefits to customers during service delivery.
  • Assist in recommending suitable add-on services, products, and treatment enhancements as directed by Consultants or Management.
  • Assist with customer follow-ups and appointment bookings, including contacting active and/or non active customers to schedule appointments.
  • Prepare and maintain sales support materials, including but not limited to before-and-after photographs, treatment records, customer progress documentation, and other materials required to support consultation and sales activities.
  • Participate in promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns organised by the Company, including but not limited to customer outreach (via phone or messages), promotional broadcasts, marketing communications, and notifying customers of ongoing promotions, offers, and events.

Customer Service

  • Attend customer enquiries, feedback, and requests professionally.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Escalate customer complaints or service issues to Consultants or Management when necessary.

Operations & Administration

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas.
  • Ensure proper care, maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of treatment machines, tools, and equipment.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and stock-taking activities.
  • Prepare and maintain treatment records, reports, and other job-related documentation.
  • Comply with Company policies, SOPs, safety requirements, and operational procedures.

Teamwork & Professional Conduct

  • Attend meetings, training sessions, and Company briefings.
  • Continuously improve treatment skills, product knowledge, and service standards.
  • Support outlet sales, operational, and service objectives.
  • Maintain professional appearance, conduct, and punctuality.
  • Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by Management.

Sales Authority & Commission Clarification

  • Your primary role is to provide treatment services and support the Company's sales initiatives. You may assist in promoting products, treatment benefits, add-on services, and treatment recommendations during service delivery.
  • The Consultant and/or Manager shall remain the primary personnel responsible for conducting consultations, presenting sales proposals, negotiating packages, and closing sales transactions.
  • You shall not independently override, replace, or bypass the Consultant's role in initiating, conducting, or closing sales activities unless expressly authorised by Management.
  • Where you assist in a sales conversion under the direction, instruction, or supervision of a Consultant and/or Manager, any commission, incentive, or reward payable to you shall be determined in accordance with the applicable Beautician/Therapist incentive scheme in force at the time.
  • Such sales participation shall not automatically qualify you for commission, incentives, or benefits payable under any Consultant, Senior Consultant, Sales Consultant, or Manager commission scheme, unless otherwise approved in writing by Management.
  • The Company reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine commission entitlement, commission allocation, sales ownership, and incentive eligibility in the event of shared sales efforts or disputes.

Performance may be assessed based on:

  • Treatment quality and service standards.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Support provided towards outlet sales performance.
  • Compliance with Company policies and SOPs.
  • Accuracy and completeness of treatment records and documentation.
  • Attendance, punctuality, productivity, and teamwork.
