You will represent the company professionally while providing quality beauty services to mid to high-end customers. You will handle customer enquiries and complaints, perform facial and slimming treatments, and contribute to achieving branch sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver facial and slimming treatments accurately to meet customer satisfaction and quality standards
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and complaints to maintain positive client relationships
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and outgoing manner to enhance their experience
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve personal and branch sales objectives
  • Uphold the company’s professional image through consistent, high-quality service delivery
