Job Description

Do you love beauty and have a flair for sales? We are looking for a passionate Part-Time Beauty Advisor to represent luxury beauty brands across our stores at Changi Airport, Marina Bay Sands, and ION Orchard.

This is a fantastic opportunity for makeup enthusiasts, students, or anyone seeking flexible work in the luxury beauty industry. You will engage with a diverse clientele, share your product knowledge, and create memorable beauty experiences — all while earning attractive hourly pay and commissions.

What You Will Do

  • Drive Sales: Achieve personal sales targets through proactive selling and excellent customer service.
  • Flash Makeup Services: Perform quick, professional makeup applications for customers.
  • Product Expertise: Recommend and sell luxury makeup, skincare, and fragrance products.
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with local and international customers.
  • Housekeeping & Stock: Maintain a clean beauty counter and ensure stock is replenished and well-organised.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold the highest standards of grooming and professionalism at all times.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Prior experience in makeup artistry, beauty retail, or luxury fashion is a plus. Entry-level candidates with a strong passion for beauty are welcome to apply.
  • Sales Driven: Motivated to achieve sales targets and earn commission.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English. Additional language proficiency is a strong bonus.
  • Grooming: Well-groomed, presentable, and confident in representing luxury brands.
  • Flexibility: Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, across different store locations.
  • Attitude: Energetic, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
