💼 Job Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand professionally at ION Orchard
  • Provide personalised fragrance consultations and recommendations
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build customer relationships
  • Achieve sales targets through product knowledge and engagement
  • Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards
  • Support stock replenishment and store operations

🎯 Requirements

  • Prior experience in fragrance sales is highly preferred
  • Experience in luxury beauty, prestige skincare, cosmetics or niche fragrances is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, customer-focused and well-presented
  • Passionate about beauty, fragrance and retail sales
