The posting

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the salon to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Supervise staff, prepare work schedules, allocate duties and monitor staff performance to ensure operational efficiency and service quality.

Perform professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, gel nails and other nail treatments, when required.

Ensure that high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, personal grooming and workplace safety are consistently maintained.

Recommend suitable nail designs, nail art and colour options based on clients’ preferences and requirements.

Assess the condition of clients’ nails and provide appropriate advice on nail care, maintenance and suitable treatments.

Ensure that all nail tools, instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, disinfected and sanitised before and after each use.

Ensure that workstations and treatment areas are kept clean, organised and presentable at all times.

Monitor inventory levels, manage nail supplies and ensure adequate stock availability for daily operations.

Advise clients on nail care, product usage, colour selection and aftercare practices.

Promote and sell nail care products, services and suitable add-on treatments to support the salon’s sales performance.

Oversee client appointments, customer service and payment transactions to ensure accuracy and a positive customer experience.

Monitor service standards and ensure that staff comply with the Company’s standard operating procedures, policies and guidelines.

Support the achievement of the salon’s sales targets and business objectives.

Perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.
