The posting

Salary: Up to $5,000 basic + Variable Bonus

Location: Changi or Kranji

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the project management team to support project workplans
  • Assist in maintaining BIM standards and workflows
  • Prepare design and construction documents
  • Coordinate with project and construction teams on submissions, updates and changes
  • Check for clashes with other disciplines and support BIM coordination
  • Handle project coordination and updates
  • Create and update BIM models using relevant BIM software
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Civil & Structural BIM Modeller
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and BIM tools
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Able to work effectively with project and construction teams
