Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and deploy BMS control systems for HVAC/ACMV, lighting, access control, and other building services
  • Customize and program BMS software based on client specifications
  • Conduct system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
  • Provide ongoing technical support, maintenance, and system upgrades
  • Work closely with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and workflows

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in BMS engineering, programming, and commissioning
  • Proficient in BMS platforms (eg. Schneider, EcoStruxure, Siemens Apogee/ DesigoCC, Niagara) and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LON, OPC)
  • Strong understanding of HVAC/ACMV systems and BMS architecture (DDC controllers, sensors, actuators)
  • Familiar with SCADA, building automation, and system documentation
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, testing and technical support
  • Effective communicator with strong analytical and teamwork abilities
  • Programming knowledge in C++, Python, or PLC
  • Experience in energy analysis or software integration for building systems is an added advantage
