Position Description

The Retail Performance & Client Engagement Manager, SEA, supports the day-to-day performance and coordination of the Southeast Asia retail network during a temporary assignment. Acting as a key liaison between boutiques, regional teams and HQ functions, the role ensures effective business follow-up, operational consistency and strong execution of client engagement initiatives. Leveraging a strong CRM and clienteling background, the position contributes to driving commercial performance, client loyalty and excellence in client experience across the market.

1. Business Coordination & Retail Performance

• Monitor business performance across SEA boutiques and consolidate key retail KPIs.

• Partner with Boutique Managers to identify business opportunities and support action plan execution.

• Coordinate regular business reviews and ensure timely follow-up on priorities.

• Facilitate communication and alignment between boutiques, regional functions and HQ stakeholders.

• Provide business insights and recommendations based on sales and client performance indicators.

2. Client Engagement & CRM

• Drive CRM and clienteling adoption across the SEA retail network.

• Monitor client KPIs, database quality and client engagement performance.

• Support Boutique Managers in developing client recruitment, retention and reactivation initiatives.

• Coordinate the execution of regional CRM campaigns and client engagement activities.

• Share best practices and promote a strong client-centric culture across the market.

• Support VIC engagement initiatives and follow-up of key client opportunities.

3. Retail Operations Support

• Ensure consistent implementation of Maison retail standards and client experience guidelines.

• Support boutiques in addressing operational challenges and coordinating solutions with relevant stakeholders.

• Monitor key operational indicators impacting business performance and client experience.

• Support compliance with retail processes and corporate guidelines.
