Xventure is the next-generation indoor active sports park from the Kiztopia Group, designed to deliver exciting movement-based experiences for children, youths and families. As we continue to grow, we're looking for passionate individuals who enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and want to be part of an exciting journey in active entertainment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the park, ensuring operational excellence, service quality and compliance with company standards.
  • Drive outlet performance by monitoring sales, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure a safe environment for guests and team members by maintaining safety standards and following up on incidents and corrective actions where required.
  • Oversee the maintenance of park facilities and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the park is clean, safe and well maintained.
  • Build, lead and develop the outlet team through effective coaching, training and performance management.
  • Oversee manpower planning, roster management and daily operations to ensure adequate manpower coverage.
  • Monitor inventory levels for retail and F&B operations, and investigate stock discrepancies where required.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and business partners.
  • Handle customer feedback and service recovery professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent, with 3–5 years of relevant operational management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to perform the physical activities required for the role, including standing and moving around the park for extended periods.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public or school holidays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Able to interpret operational and sales reports to support business performance.
