Brand & Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a self-motivated, creative, and commercially minded Brand & Marketing Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of brand, digital, retail, social media, and e-commerce initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines creative thinking with an analytical mindset, keeps up with evolving digital trends, and is enthusiastic about building brands across online and offline channels.

You will work closely with the local and overseas marketing teams, designers, agencies, vendors, and external partners to bring campaigns, promotions, content, and brand experiences to life. This role is well suited to someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and brand-conscious, with the ability to manage timelines, coordinate multiple stakeholders, maintain brand consistency, and support the operational requirements behind successful marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Campaigns and Marketing Execution

  • Support the planning and execution of brand campaigns, seasonal promotions, new product launches, events, and marketing activations.
  • Develop and maintain campaign timelines, marketing calendars, task lists, and rollout plans.
  • Coordinate campaign requirements across internal and overseas teams, designers, agencies, vendors, and external partners to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Prepare campaign briefs, creative references, key copy points, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure campaign messaging and visual assets are aligned with each brand’s tone, personality, positioning, and guidelines.
  • Monitor project progress, manage follow-ups, and help resolve issues that could affect campaign timelines or deliverables.

Content and Communications

  • Create and coordinate marketing content across social media, email campaigns, websites, e-commerce platforms, in-store materials, and other promotional channels.
  • Write and edit social media captions, newsletters, website content, promotional copy, product descriptions, and campaign communications.
  • Work with designers, agencies, and other creative partners to develop high-quality marketing assets.
  • Review content and communications to ensure they are clear, accurate, polished, consistent, and on-brand across all customer touchpoints.
  • Maintain organised records of marketing materials, campaign assets, and brand resources.

Social Media and Digital Marketing

  • Support the day-to-day management of social media platforms, including Meta and TikTok.
  • Manage content scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and general account upkeep.
  • Monitor social media performance and prepare reports covering reach, engagement, follower growth, content performance, and campaign results.
  • Support influencer and key opinion leader (KOL) campaigns, including research, shortlist preparation, outreach, briefing, coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Assist with digital marketing initiatives such as boosted posts, campaign tagging, performance monitoring, and basic paid-media coordination.
  • Track emerging platform features, digital trends, and competitor activity, and recommend relevant opportunities for the brands.

E-commerce

  • Support the day-to-day management of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada.
  • Ensure that website and marketplace content is accurate, current, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Maintain product information, pricing, collections, imagery, product attributes, and other digital assets.
  • Configure and manage promotional campaigns, including discount codes, bundles, vouchers, and gift-with-purchase mechanics.
  • Support annual and quarterly channel planning, including pricing, promotions, product bundles, inventory alignment, and campaign calendars.
  • Assist in delivering revenue, conversion, and margin targets through effective campaign execution and ongoing optimisation.
  • Support go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and major e-commerce events, including double-digit campaigns.
  • Coordinate commercial readiness, traffic-acquisition activities, promotional mechanics, product availability, and conversion optimisation.
  • Track key e-commerce indicators, identify performance trends, and recommend opportunities for improvement.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • At least two years of relevant experience in brand, digital, retail, social media, or e-commerce marketing.
  • Experience supporting e-commerce sales and marketplace operations is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking indicators such as revenue, traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
  • Strong interest in brand building, digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
  • Good understanding of major social media platforms and current digital and consumer trends.
  • Highly organised, results-oriented, and detail-conscious, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin and Korean is an advantage.

What We Are Looking For

  • A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and follows through on commitments.
  • A creative thinker with strong commercial and brand awareness.
  • A dependable team player who communicates clearly and works well with different stakeholders.
  • A curious, adaptable individual who enjoys learning and keeping pace with the fast-changing digital landscape.
  • Someone who is comfortable balancing creative work, campaign coordination, performance tracking, and day-to-day marketing operations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
