About the Role

Are you someone who enjoys meeting new people, building connections, and learning how businesses and brands connect with their customers?

As a Brand & People Engagement Associate, you’ll gain practical experience across customer engagement, sales, marketing campaigns, brand representation, and event activities. You’ll work closely with a supportive team while developing the communication and professional skills needed to grow within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • 🎯 Participate in customer engagement, sales, and promotional campaigns.
  • 🤝 Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions, events, and roadshows.
  • 📢 Represent client brands confidently and professionally.
  • 💬 Communicate product and service information according to customer needs.
  • 👥 Work closely with teammates to achieve individual and campaign objectives.
  • 📈 Support customer acquisition and contribute towards sales targets.
  • 💡 Develop practical skills in communication, sales, marketing, presentation, and relationship management.
  • 🚀 Take part in regular training, coaching, and team development sessions.
