Job Description

  • Respond and attend to ad-hoc facility-related tasks.
  • Develop and plan work schedules, resource allocation, and manpower for assigned tasks. Beyond planned tasks, to ensure prompt response to emergency repair requests.
  • Allocate work to technicians and ensure all jobs are correctly and properly achieved within standards & SOPs.
  • Ensure that in-house teams and outsourced contractors adhere to safety standards and conduct their work with proper risk assessments and safety measures.
  • Manage the inventory of spare parts, tools and equipment. Coordinate with Purchasing department and suppliers to ensure the availability of required materials for maintenance and repairs.
  • Provide updates to senior management on departmental performance and challenges and regularly provide status reports to senior management.
  • Any other administrative assignment and duties as assigned by the Manager.
  • The title of your appointment is merely a description of convenience and shall not be construed to neither limit the scope nor extent your duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Facilities Management, Business Admin or related field, or equivalent experience. Engineering qualification is an advantage but not required.
  • Typically 2–4 years’ facilities admin / ops support / contractor coordination in Singapore.
  • Strong organising skills; MS Office; CMMS an advantage.
  • Clear English; basic WSH paperwork (RA/SWP, PTW) preferred.
  • Willing to handle ad-hoc and emergency coordination, including after hours if needed.
