Job Description
· We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business and technical teams by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and translating business needs into clear functional specifications and actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
· Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
· Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and project teams to ensure requirements are technically feasible and aligned with solution design.
· Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, walkthroughs, and stakeholder meetings.
· Support Agile activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
· Support UAT, defect management, requirements traceability, and change management.
· Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, SRS, process flows, and user documentation.
· Provide project reporting, status updates, and support knowledge-transfer activities.
Minimum Requirements
· 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, System Integration, Consulting, or Digital Transformation projects.
· Experience working on medium to large-scale SI projects is preferred.
· Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
· Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping, wireframes, and mockups.
· Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
· Basic understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, integration technologies, and data pipelines.
· Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI is an advantage. Familiarity with Figma and Miro is a plus.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Business Analyst certification.
· Experience in Cloud, AI, Digital Transformation, or regulatory/compliance projects.
· Exposure to PDPA, ISO, or other compliance frameworks.
