The Role: Professional SME Growth Partner

As a Business Consultant, you act as a professional intermediary. Your value lies in efficiency—helping business owners identify their eligibility and connecting them with the most suitable lending partners to accelerate their growth.

The Commitment: 1-to-1 Mentoring & Ethics

We believe the best consultants are those who are well-trained and value-driven. You will receive:

  • Direct 1-to-1 Mentorship: Work alongside a Senior Partner to master the market landscape. You will learn the "art of the deal"—specifically how to effectively position business profiles to the right lending partners for maximum success.
  • Professional Onboarding: Comprehensive training on our partner network and the brokerage ecosystem.
  • Career Roadmap: A structured, supported path to becoming a top-tier advisor in the SME space.

Your Professional Responsibilities

  • Strategic Qualification: Evaluate SME profiles via inbound leads and networking to identify the most viable financing pathways.
  • Solutions Matching: Consult with business owners to recommend lending products that align with their operational needs and repayment goals.
  • End-to-End Coordination: Manage the application lifecycle, ensuring all documentation is professional, accurate, and aligned with partner requirements.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term trust with business owners through honest, transparent, and expert advice.
  • Target Achievement: Reach monthly goals through consistent, high-integrity engagement and proactive lead management.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest offerings and evolving requirements from our extensive network of lending partners.

Requirements for this Role
