Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and other business development activities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients, particularly SMEs.
  • Understand clients' business and training needs and recommend suitable courses, services, and digital solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and product/service briefings when required.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and relevant sales documentation.
  • Follow up with prospects and existing clients and support the sales team in progressing opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and support the closing of sales opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Government Grant & Client Administration

  • Advise clients on relevant government grants, funding schemes, and eligibility requirements.
  • Guide clients through the grant application and claims process, ensuring that required information and supporting documents are complete and accurate.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to collect and verify documentation required for grant submissions and claims.
  • Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure applications, claims, and supporting documents are submitted within the required timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of grant applications, claims, and client documentation.
  • Keep updated on changes to government grant policies, eligibility criteria, funding schemes, and related requirements.
  • Provide clients with timely updates on the status of their applications and claims.

Training Enrolment & Coordination

  • Manage and coordinate training course enrolments from registration through completion.
  • Assist clients with course registration, documentation, and administrative requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of enrolments and training arrangements.
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding documents, payments, confirmations, and other enrolment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date enrolment and client records.

Events & Marketing Support

  • Coordinate and support trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, and other business events.
  • Assist with event preparation, registration, logistics, materials, and post-event follow-up.
  • Support marketing activities and campaigns where required.
  • Follow up with leads generated through exhibitions, events, and other marketing activities.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate client records, sales activities, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Keep the sales pipeline and client information updated.
  • Prepare weekly sales, pipeline, enrolment, and activity reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of client and business activities.
  • Perform other administrative and coordination duties related to sales and client operations as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, client servicing, sales administration, or a related role.
  • Experience in account management, client coordination, or sales support is preferred.
  • Experience working with SMEs is an advantage.
  • Prior experience handling government grants, funding applications, or claims is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Candidates from any industry are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Good administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple client requests, documentation, and deadlines effectively.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and coordinating with different internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to attend client meetings, exhibitions, and other business events when required.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
