We are hiring a Small & Medium Buildings (SMB) Business Development Manager to own the successful deployment and growth of Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure™ Building Activate (EBA) offering in East Asia.
This is a contract position and in this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the EBA offer, work with internal and external stakeholders, deploy the growth strategy, support country organization and go-to-market (GTM) channels effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities
Pipeline Management: Manage and track pipeline using bFO and provide visibility to SE cross business division teams to ensure sufficient pipeline to meet business objectives
Performance Management: Oversee financial performance(Orders, Sales). Track and analyze business performance metrics, adjusting as needed.
Strategic Planning: Adopt global strategy, localize for East Asia zone, and implement business strategy to achieve growth ambitions and objectives. Operationalize strategy with AMSP, annual operating plan etc. Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs to add value that also differentiate SE from the competition.
Portfolio Management: Support country Offer Marketing teams in the 4P actions and initiatives
Commercial Management: Manage end-to-end commercial process with country sales team and engage with target accounts in influencing the adoption of EBA.
Account Management: Partner with country team to Identify target accounts and develop winning strategy specific to each account.
Requirements Education: University Degree in engineering or Higher
Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of handling Building Management Systems and IoT-enabled technology. Retail Segment: Knowledge of segment & midmarket landscape.
Cross Function Collaboration: Experience in working with cross functional teams of Sales, Solution Architect, Tender & Execution and Services team to win projects.
Influence and Communication: Ability to influence, listen effectively, and solicit input from others. Ability to develop and manage customer relationships with senior leadership.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, including prioritization, resource management, and handling multiple demands.
Performance Management: Sound knowledge of performance management and coaching techniques.
