As part of our regional expansion strategy, we are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support the Group’s business development, branding, and promotional activities across ASEAN markets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Promotion

  • Assist in planning and executing Business Development and Promotion activities across Singapore, Myanmar, Thailand, and Cambodia
  • Support lead generation activities to achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs
  • Coordinate seminars, networking events, webinars, workshops, and business missions
  • Develop and maintain referral partner networks with associations, chambers, banks, law firms, and business partners
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities, services, and expansion markets

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies for Inter Group and related brands
  • Manage Facebook, LinkedIn, website, and other digital platforms
  • Coordinate content creation, campaign execution, and posting schedules
  • Work with designers, freelancers, and agencies for marketing materials and advertisements
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, engagement, and lead generation results

Website, SEO & Branding

  • Coordinate website updates, event postings, and company announcements
  • Assist in SEO and SEM implementation and monitor digital marketing performance
  • Ensure consistency of branding, messaging, and corporate image across all platforms
  • Support development of corporate profiles, presentation decks, brochures, and promotional materials

Market Research & Strategic Support

  • Conduct market surveys and competitor intelligence research
  • Study target markets, industry trends, pricing, and service positioning
  • Prepare market analysis and BD reports for management review
  • Support the development of new services and market-entry strategies

Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with Operations Departments, Finance, and Management
  • Track leads, campaigns, conversions, and revenue contribution
  • Prepare weekly and monthly BD reports with KPIs and implementation updates
  • Ensure proper follow-up on BD activities and promotional campaigns

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in:Social Media MarketingDigital MarketingWebsite CoordinationSEO / SEMBusiness Development or Marketing Campaigns
  • Experience using Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn campaigns, Google tools, or CRM systems is preferred
  • Strong understanding of social media campaigns, lead generation, and branding strategies
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Able to coordinate with multiple departments and external parties
  • Strong organisational and follow-up skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proactive, resourceful, and execution-focused
  • Willing to travel when required for events, business missions, and regional activities

Preferred Advantage

  • Experience in professional services, corporate services, accounting firms, or consulting firms
  • Familiarity with ASEAN business environments
  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe, video editing, or content creation tools
  • Understanding of ASEAN business community and regional market trends
