Job Description & Requirements

Enquote is an all-in-one business management software designed for renovation, interior design, and service businesses. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help us grow our customer base in Singapore.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calls, WhatsApp, email, networking, and other sales channels
  • Generate new leads and build a healthy sales pipeline
  • Understand prospects' business needs, challenges, and existing workflows
  • Conduct EnQuote product demonstrations and explain how our software can improve their business operations
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and convert opportunities into customers
  • Prepare quotations and proposals and negotiate with potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth
  • Gather customer and market feedback and work closely with the product and management teams
  • Identify new industries, partnerships, and opportunities for business growth

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role is preferred
  • B2B sales or SaaS/software sales experience is an advantage
  • Experience or knowledge of the renovation, interior design, construction, or service industry is an advantage
  • Confident in prospecting and approaching new potential customers
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable conducting software demonstrations and learning new technology
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Organised and disciplined in managing leads and following up with prospects
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow with the company
