Malabar Grill & Biryani Co. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Executive to lead the company’s business growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding revenue, identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, increasing brand visibility, and driving overall business performance across dine-in, takeaway, catering, and online delivery channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

* Identify and secure new business opportunities, including corporate catering, event partnerships, wholesale opportunities, and strategic collaborations.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, hotels, offices, schools, travel agencies, and event organizers.

* Increase sales through customer acquisition, retention strategies, and business partnerships.

* Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

* Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives.

* Work closely with restaurant operations to improve customer experience and maximize sales performance.

* Manage and optimize online sales channels, including food delivery platforms and digital promotions.

* Prepare sales forecasts, business development reports, and performance analyses for management.

* Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with business partners and vendors.

* Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions.

* Recommend new products, services, and revenue-generating initiatives.

* Work towards achieving monthly and annual business growth targets.

* Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.

* Proven track record of delivering business growth and achieving sales targets.

* Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

* Excellent networking and relationship management abilities.

* Strong commercial awareness and analytical thinking.

* Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.

* Ability to work independently and lead business initiatives.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.

Preferred Skills

* Experience in Singapore’s F&B industry.

* Corporate sales and key account management experience.

* Digital marketing and online business development knowledge.

* Experience managing catering and large-scale business accounts.

* Strategic planning and project management skills.
