uParcel is a Singapore-based e-commerce fulfilment and last-mile delivery 3PL. We combine in-house warehousing with our own same-day delivery fleet, giving online sellers one integrated partner from inbound stock to the customer's doorstep. We work with marketplace sellers on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, as well as brands running their own webstores.

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to grow our e-commerce enabler business. You will find and win new sellers and brands, understand their fulfilment and delivery pain points, and pitch solutions that fit how they sell. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation and a smooth handover to Operations.

• Prospecting. Build a pipeline of e-commerce sellers and brands through outbound prospecting, referrals, marketplace research, events and inbound leads.

• Needs analysis. Run discovery conversations to understand order volumes, SKU profiles, channels, delivery expectations and current 3PL pain points.

• Solution selling. Design and present tailored fulfilment and delivery proposals, including pricing, service levels and onboarding plans.

• Closing. Negotiate commercial terms and close deals inline with pricing guidelines and margin targets.

• Onboarding handover. Work closely with Warehouse and Operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and go-live for new accounts.

• Account growth. Grow existing accounts by identifying upsell opportunities across warehousing, same-day delivery and value-added services.

• CRM and reporting. Keep the CRM accurate and up to date; report on pipeline, conversion and forecasts on a weekly basis.

• Market intelligence. Track competitor offerings and marketplace trends, and feed insights back to management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma ordegree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain/Logistics or a related field.

• 1–3 years ofB2B sales or business development experience; logistics, 3PL, e-commerce orSaaS experience is a strong advantage.

• Good understanding of how Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop sellers operate is a plus.

• Confident presenter who can structure and deliver a clear, persuasive sales pitch.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages such as Mandarin are an advantage.

• Comfortable with numbers: able to build a simple pricing proposal and explain the value behind it.

• Self-starter with a hunter mindset, resilient in the face of rejection, and organised in managing a pipeline.

• Proficient with CRM and AI tools (e.g. Zoho CRM) and Claude Cowork
