The posting

  • Basic Up to: $4500 (depending on exp) + $1100 Transport Allowance + $900 Vehicle Expenses + $200 Mobile + AWS + VB + Sign-on Bonus + Quarterly Incentive

  • Working days/hrs: Mon – Fri 8.00am – 5pm

Your Responsibilities: -

  • Identify potential clients within assigned waste management market segments and establish strong, professional business relationships.
  • Develop sales proposals, negotiate favourable terms on behalf of the company, and maintain close follow-ups with prospective customers to gather feedback on quotations, competitor responses, decision-makers’ intentions, and other factors influencing sales outcomes.
  • Coordinate the preparation of Sales Orders with the Customer Service Executive, ensuring effective collaboration throughout the sales process and accurate documentation.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports for submission and presentation to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to maintain and update the customer database, including contact names, designations, company details, addresses, telephone and fax numbers, and email addresses.
  • Assist the Manager in maintaining and enhancing the Customer Care Programme by monitoring customer satisfaction, addressing complaints, and responding proactively to changes in customer personnel, equipment, processes, materials, and business strategies.

You will need: -

  • Dip/Degree in Marketing or related fields
  • Min 2 years of relevant experience
  • Possess own vehicle
