The posting

We are hiring a driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive to grow new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys meeting clients, understanding business needs, and closing deals in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable product or service solutions
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and support the full sales cycle
  • Conduct market research to identify potential accounts and business trends
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Requirements

  • Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or corporate sales preferred
  • Experience in packaging, industrial products, logistics, manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outdoor sales/client visits
  • Able to work independently and follow through on leads
  • Possess a valid driving licence is an advantage
