About the Role

Launch Industries is a venture builder and corporate advisory firm supporting companies entering and growing in Singapore.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support our growing client pipeline across business development, grants advisory and client project coordination.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working directly with clients, managing multiple work streams and turning business opportunities into structured projects.

You will work closely with team members from the initial client conversation through to proposal, grant application and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Source and qualify new business leads, particularly companies exploring Singapore market entry and corporate advisory services.
  • Maintain and update CRM and sales pipeline records.
  • Prepare client outreach materials, presentations, proposals and follow-up notes.
  • Support team in client meetings and business development activities.
  • Follow up with prospects and help move qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.

Grants Advisory

  • Support clients with government grant applications.
  • Assist with preparing grant applications, business cases and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate information and documents with clients and internal team members.
  • Track grant application progress and liaise with relevant stakeholders where required.

Client Project Coordination

  • Track timelines and milestones for ongoing client projects.
  • Coordinate action items between clients, internal teams and external vendors.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, project trackers and follow-up actions.
  • Identify outstanding items and follow up with relevant stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Internal Collaboration

  • Provide regular pipeline and project status updates to the Corporate Partner.
  • Work closely with the wider Launch team to ensure smooth client delivery.

What a Typical Week Looks Like

  • Review and update the sales pipeline.
  • Attend client or prospect meetings.
  • Follow up with potential clients.
  • Prepare or support grant applications.
  • Follow up with clients to obtain supporting documents and information.
  • Track project milestones and outstanding actions.
  • Prepare internal status updates and follow-ups.

What We Are Looking For

  • Diploma or higher in Business, Management, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, client services, consulting, advisory or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing and supporting government grant applications or business proposals is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates should have practical experience managing grant applications, including preparing application documents, gathering supporting information, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple clients, deadlines and workstreams.
  • Proactive, responsive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
