Business Development Manager / Executive DONG by Mount T Group — Singapore

DONG, formerly Sekgamdong (www.sekgamdong.com), is a cross-region brand activation agency. We bridge brands from Asia Pacific to Hong Kong and vice versa, creating opportunities for market entry, consumer engagement and brand growth through 360-degree omnichannel campaigns and tech-driven creative initiatives. We have served 1,000+ clients over nine years, and our work has won MARKies and Marketing-Interactive Awards.

Mount T Group is our Singapore distribution arm, bringing Korean brands including Milkyshop and others to the market, with further expansion into Malaysia and the wider region underway. In Singapore, we are also developing DONGO, our AI smart cabinet retail network.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business in event production, exhibitions, pop-up stores, retail store design and build, creative design, digital production and integrated marketing
  • Lead client pitches, and prepare proposals and quotations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Provide regular pipeline and sales reports to the Director
  • Explore and develop opportunities for DONGO, including placement sites and brand partners

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in events, exhibitions, retail, an agency or retail technology (candidates with less experience will be considered for the Executive level)
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent working experience
  • Proven track record in business development and meeting sales targets
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • An existing network in Singapore is an advantage
  • Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage

What we offer

  • Monthly base salary plus commission on new business secured, including client work that comes from your ideas. Full commission terms will be provided at offer stage.
