  • Proactively collect and consolidate user feedback, business requirements, and customer pain points.
  • Work closely with the internal Product and Development teams to translate user feedback into actionable recommendations for product features and functionality enhancements.

  • Identify market gaps, emerging opportunities, and potential growth areas within the automotive and fintech ecosystems.
  • Work closely with dealers, financial institutions, and other ecosystem partners to develop and implement business and marketing initiatives across relevant channels.
  • Explore, establish, and grow strategic business partnerships in Singapore and across the region.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute advertising and promotional campaigns to support customer acquisition, product adoption, and partner engagement.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to develop actionable industry and market intelligence.
  • Monitor relevant regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on the business.
  • Prepare and present regular management reports covering business development activities, sales pipelines, customer onboarding, product adoption, monthly active users, campaign performance, market intelligence, and regulatory updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business opportunities, customer interactions, partner discussions, user feedback, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of business development, product enhancement, and marketing initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, account management, customer success, or a related commercial role.
  • Experience in the automotive and/or fintech sectors will be a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience in both acquiring new customers and developing existing customer accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full customer lifecycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
  • Experience working with Product and Development teams to communicate customer feedback and support product improvements would be advantageous.
  • Strong business development, relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Good commercial awareness, with the ability to identify and evaluate new business and market opportunities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
  • Data-driven and comfortable monitoring customer engagement and product usage metrics, including monthly active users.
  • Proactive, resourceful, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to take ownership and deliver results independently as an individual contributor while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
