Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development & Innovation Associate to drive business growth, support client programs, and lead strategic projects. Gain hands-on experience in business development, innovation, project management, market research, venture building, and AI-enabled operations in a dynamic entrepreneurial setting.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by managing prospects, pipelines, and follow-ups to expand client base
  • Prepare professional proposals, presentations, business cases, and client deliverables to support sales and project objectives
  • Plan and deliver innovation programs and advisory engagements, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines
  • Conduct detailed market, customer, competitor, and internationalisation research to inform strategic decisions
  • Support venture validation, commercialisation, and market-entry initiatives to accelerate business growth
  • Coordinate partnerships, stakeholders, project timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless project execution
  • Utilize generative AI, AI agents, and automation tools to enhance research, analysis, content creation, and operational efficiency
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve internal workflows and increase productivity
  • Create and edit short-form videos and program content as needed to support marketing and communication efforts

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools to produce engaging multimedia content
  • Additional Asian language skills to support communication in diverse markets
  • Fresh graduates with strong internships, entrepreneurial experience, or demonstrated project experience are encouraged to apply
