Job Description & Requirements

  • Business Development Drive new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships. Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements to support revenue growth, client acquisition, and retention.
  • Recruitment Management Oversee the full recruitment cycle from understanding client manpower needs to candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management,and successful placement. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and Employment Agency requirements.
  • Client Account Handling Manage client accounts end-to-end, from business development and service proposals through recruitment delivery and ongoing servicing. Act as the key liaison to resolve recruitment and operational matters.
  • Operations Oversight Monitor recruitment activities, operational performance, business costs, and revenue targets. Review and improve workflows, processes, and administrative procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning Develop and implement business plans aligned with company goals. Report directly to management on performance, recruitment activities, and operational matters.
  • Leadership & Training Lead and mentor junior staff across departments. Provide guidance, training,and support to ensure alignment with company objectives and professional growth.

Requirements

· Minimum 5 years of relevantexperience in business management, operations, development,client managementor recruitment services, with exposure to multiple business functions.

· Proven track record in developingand managing corporate client relationships, including identifyingopportunities, preparing proposals and supporting negotiations.

· Experience managing day-to-daycompany operations, implementing work flowsand improving administrativeprocedures.

· Strong ability to independentlyhandle business development, client servicing and operational matters, andreport directly to senior management.

· Regional exposure to clients,suppliers or partners in Singapore, Greater China and Asia-Pacific is anadvantage.

· Excellent communication skills inEnglish; proficiency in Mandarin preferred for cross-cultural and cross-borderbusiness communication. Additional Chinese language ability is an advantage.

· Strong presentation, proposalwriting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to analyze businessperformance, identify operational issues and recommend practical improvementsto support growth and retention.

· Comfortable using digital andAI-enabled productivity tools for research ,client management,reporting andoperational efficiency.

· Good understanding of Singaporeemployment and recruitment practices; prior recruitment or employment agencyexperience is an advantage.

· Required to work on weekends andpublic holidays when necessary.

· Able to work overseas occasionally,to Timor-Leste, for recruitment activities, candidate interviews, stafftraining, operational support, and meetings with overseas business partners.
