Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (for AI Media) to drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle: identifying new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline, and closing deals with brands, agencies, and direct clients.

This is a hybrid commercial-strategic role for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will serve as the primary bridge between our AI capabilities and client needs, translating complex technical solutions into clear business value.

1. Pipeline Development & Prospecting

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Conduct research to identify target segments and generate leads
  • Devise and execute strategic outreach campaigns to penetrate key accounts.

2. Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with marketers, creative leads, and production partners.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their marketing challenges and proposing AI-driven creative solutions.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts alongside the leadership team.

3. Pitching & Proposal Development

  • Lead the proposal and pitch process, collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
  • Prepare budgets, timelines, and compelling presentations
  • Present complex marketing and technical concepts effectively to C-suite executives.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal creative and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and client needs, helping to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Coordinate with regional and global teams to align on strategic objectives and market intelligence.

5. Thought Leadership

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetups.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and cultural shifts in the AI and creator economy to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

Good to Have Experience & Education

  • ·Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, specifically within the Media, Advertising, or Creative Agency sectors.
  • Experience in building pipelines and closing deals in a B2B environment.
  • Domain expertise in intelligent content creation, generative AI, or digital marketing is an advantage.
