About Wellora

Wellora brings hands-on, meaningful wellness experiences into the corporate workplace — from interactive activities to curated wellness programmes designed around real employee needs.

We believe workplace wellness should be practical, engaging and relevant, rather than generic wellness initiatives that employees simply tick off a list.

As we grow our corporate wellness programmes and wellness day offerings, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our corporate growth.

About the Role

As our Business Development Manager, you will own the growth of Wellora's corporate wellness business.

You will identify and develop new corporate opportunities, engage HR and People teams, understand their workplace wellness needs, and turn those needs into tailored programmes that deliver genuine value to employees.

This is a hands-on business development role for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening doors and taking ownership of the sales process from first conversation to closed partnership.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of corporate prospects, particularly across HR, People & Culture, Total Rewards and employee experience teams
  • Identify target companies and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, referrals and partnerships
  • Pitch and present Wellora's corporate wellness programmes, tailoring proposals to each client's objectives, employee profile and workplace needs
  • Own the sales cycle end-to-end, including prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation and closing
  • Work closely with the internal team to translate client briefs into engaging programme concepts, including activities, themes and logistics
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for repeat programmes and longer-term partnerships
  • Monitor sales pipeline, conversion, revenue targets and market feedback
  • Share insights from the market to help shape and improve Wellora's future corporate wellness offerings
  • Represent Wellora at relevant networking, corporate and industry events where appropriate

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development or a similar commercial role
  • Experience in corporate wellness, HR services, employee benefits, events, learning & development or related industries is an advantage
  • Comfortable engaging and selling to HR, People & Culture, Total Rewards and senior business stakeholders
  • Proven ability to develop a pipeline from scratch and convert prospects into corporate accounts
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of targets
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable managing multiple opportunities at different stages of the sales cycle
  • Genuine interest in workplace wellness and the ability to speak about it authentically and credibly

Nice to Have

  • Existing network within Singapore's HR, People & Culture or corporate wellness community
  • Experience selling event-based, programme-based or experiential services rather than only products
  • Experience developing customised corporate proposals or programmes

Why Join Wellora?

  • Be part of a growing corporate wellness business with an opportunity to shape its commercial growth
  • Work directly with clients to create meaningful wellness experiences for their employees
  • Have significant ownership over your pipeline, client relationships and business development strategy
  • Work closely with a collaborative team across sales, programme design and operations
  • Opportunity to grow with the business as our corporate wellness offerings expand

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
