Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the digital power sector for Data Center Facility.
  • Conduct engaging sales presentations to introduce and update customers on latest technologies & solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, fostering close partnerships.
  • Track and analyze project pipelines to support strategic business planning.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Assess customer needs and define product requirements through market research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and serve as an ambassador for the team.
  • To collaborate and communicate directly with Chinese speaking officers, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers in China HQ team

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering/ Telecommunication/ IT or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3-5 year of working experience in the IT industry.
  • Proven skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
  • Knowledgeable about Data Center industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Able to work independently as well as in collaborative team environments.
  • A result oriented person and willing to accept new challenges.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
