Your New Company

Our client is a well-established provider of fire protection and safety solutions with a strong presence in Singapore. They specialize in the supply, installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire protection systems across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. Due to continued business growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to drive business development and expand market share.

Your New Role

Reporting to the management team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing key customer relationships across Singapore.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales growth for fire protection systems, maintenance contracts, and safety solutions
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within industrial, commercial, and facilities management sectors
  • Building strong relationships with contractors, consultants, building owners, and end-users
  • Preparing proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
  • Working closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven B2B sales or business development experience within fire protection, M&E, building services, facilities management, or industrial solutions
  • Strong network within contractors, consultants, facilities management companies, or industrial end-users
  • Experience handling service contracts, projects, or technical solutions sales
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
  • A self-driven and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
