Main Responsibilities

· Regional Strategy: Define and execute the Greater China expansion strategy, aligning regional goals with Company's global platform vision

· Brand & Market Presence: Position the Company as the non-negotiable flagship AI gathering for leading AI tech leaders, enterprises, and investors in Greater China

· Sponsorship & Enterprise Sales: Prospect, negotiate, and secure multi-year, high-value sponsorship packages with leading Greater China tech giants (hyperscalers, AI infrastructure, enterprise software) and AI unicorns.

· Investor & Capital Networks: Engage state-owned capital, private equity, family offices, and leading venture capital funds across Greater China to join as partners, delegations, and speakers.

· VIP & Speaker Acquisition: Secure C-suite executives, top AI researchers, founders, and government/regulatory voices across Greater China for keynote sessions, panels, and closed-door roundtables.

· Startups & Innovation: Oversee delegation programs for high-growth Greater China AI startups and hackathon partners

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with global production, marketing, operations, and programming teams to deliver world-class execution.

Requirements:

· 10+ years of senior commercial experience in business development, strategic partnerships, tech consulting, venture capital, or executive-level

· event production within Greater China.

· Deep Network in AI & Tech: Established C-level contacts across China’s AI ecosystem (frontier labs, cloud giants, AI startups, AI hardware

· manufacturers, VC/PE funds, and technology policy circles).

· Proven Revenue Track Record: Demonstrated success closing complex, six- and seven-figure commercial partnerships or strategic deals.

· Cross-Border Aptitude: Ability to bridge mainland Chinese business practices and culture with international, Western corporate standards.
