Job Purpose

To drive business growth by identifying and developing new customer opportunities, increasing market share, and cultivating strong, lasting client relationships. This role centers on expanding business within target industries, boosting revenue, and contributing to the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Sales

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across target industries.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet revenue and margin objectives.
  • Prepare proposals and finalize contracts with both new and existing clients.
  • Monitor, report on, and follow up on sales activities to support account growth and market expansion.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues in coordination with internal teams.
  • Track customer trends and provide insights to improve service offerings.

Market Development & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Support business development efforts, including preparing and delivering solution presentations, performing business analysis, and offering recommendations that address customer needs.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Clearly communicate customer requirements to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and service excellence.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development and account management.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and growing B2B accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, spot opportunities, and translate them into business results.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
