The posting

Role Overview Existing accounts: Structured account plans, deeper stakeholder relationships, higher wallet share and broader service adoption. New business: Qualified pipeline, new customer acquisition and conversion of targeted opportunities. Customer success: Strong retention, renewals, executive engagement and referenceable customer relationships. Partner ecosystem: Productive co-selling relationships and partner-sourced or partner-influenced opportunities. Commercial discipline: Healthy recurring revenue, sustainable margins, accurate forecasting and multi-year contracts.

Key Responsibilities 1. Grow Existing Strategic Accounts

  • Own selected Managed Services accounts and develop structured, actionable account growth plans.
  • Build relationships across business, IT, operations, procurement and senior management stakeholders.
  • Understand customer environments, operational challenges, transformation priorities and planned investments.
  • Identify white-space opportunities to cross-sell, upsell and expand Innovatiq’s footprint.
  • Convert individual service engagements into broader, longer-term Managed Services relationships.
  • Engage customers proactively rather than waiting for RFQs, RFPs or renewal cycles.

2. Create New Managed Services Business

  • Build a healthy opportunity pipeline across the Singapore market.
  • Initiate value-led conversations with CIOs, IT leaders, infrastructure leaders, operations teams and business stakeholders.
  • Develop opportunities through referrals, networking, partners, existing relationships and targeted account development.
  • Position Innovatiq as a strategic Managed Services partner, not simply another IT vendor.
  • Drive opportunities from discovery and solution shaping through proposal, negotiation and closure.

3. Drive Revenue Expansion

  • Increase recurring Managed Services revenue and customer wallet share.
  • Expand the number of services consumed by each strategic customer.
  • Develop renewal, expansion and multi-year contract opportunities.
  • Build qualified new-business pipeline and improve revenue predictability.
  • Apply a portfolio-growth mindset that balances customer value, revenue quality and margin.

4. Customer Success & Relationship Leadership

  • Act as the trusted commercial point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Maintain regular engagement to understand satisfaction, evolving needs and business priorities.
  • Align customer expectations and commercial commitments with Managed Services delivery teams.
  • Lead regular business reviews for strategic accounts.
  • Identify concerns early and coordinate internal action for timely resolution.
  • Translate delivered services into clear business value for customers.
  • Turn customer satisfaction into renewals, references and expansion opportunities.

5. Partner & Ecosystem Development

  • Develop productive relationships with technology vendors, distributors, service providers and strategic partners.
  • Identify joint customer engagement, co-selling and go-to-market opportunities.
  • Develop partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Use the ecosystem to reach new customer segments and market opportunities.
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships that strengthen Innovatiq’s capabilities and market reach.

6. Commercial & Business Acumen

  • Understand customer business drivers and translate them into relevant technology and service opportunities.
  • Develop customer-specific commercial strategies and compelling business cases.
  • Work confidently with revenue, margin, recurring revenue and pipeline principles.
  • Participate effectively in pricing, contracting and commercial negotiations.
  • Understand the commercial implications of SLAs, service scope, risk and resource commitments.
  • Balance customer value with sustainable commercial outcomes for Innovatiq.
  • Differentiate on value and outcomes rather than competing primarily on price.

7. Collaboration with the Head of Managed Services

  • Define priority accounts, target customers and market focus areas.
  • Build and execute strategic account development plans.
  • Review pipeline health, sales forecasts and conversion priorities.
  • Identify new service propositions and addressable market opportunities.
  • Coordinate sales, pre-sales, solution architects, delivery teams and partners.
  • Drive strategic customer engagements and executive relationships.
  • Strengthen the overall market positioning of Innovatiq Managed Services.

Essential Experience & Capabilities

  • Minimum 5–6 years of relevant professional experience, including meaningful exposure to IT or Managed Services sales and account management.
  • Proven experience working in the Singapore market.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Strong B2B consultative selling capability and executive stakeholder engagement.
  • Good commercial judgement, business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into compelling service propositions.
  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, technical, pre-sales and delivery teams.
  • Customer-first mindset, personal accountability and a strong sense of ownership.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
