Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Solutions (Singapore), we are seeking an ambitious, tech-savvy Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern for an intensive 3-month paid program.

In this role, you will be at the dynamic intersection of Enterprise AI, consultative selling, and business strategy. You will dive deep into MOXO’s cutting-edge HAi Flow technology, prospect regional and global targets, connect with key decision-makers across SMEs and enterprises, and frame MOXO's high-value solutions around real operational pain points.

Key Responsibilities

  • Master the Platform: Develop a thorough understanding of the MOXO HAi Flow platform, Agent Foundry, and integration ecosystem to effectively articulate our value proposition to external business leaders.
  • Pipeline Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and prospect high-potential qualified leads across SMEs and enterprise accounts in Singapore, Southeast Asia, and international markets.
  • Problem-Solving & Need Identification: Map complex operational friction points (such as onboarding, approvals, external stakeholder collaboration) to MOXO’s solution framework.
  • Outbound Strategy: Leverage multi-channel communication (LinkedIn, email, direct outreach) to engage prospective clients and secure qualified discovery meetings for the solutions team.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor trends in AI adoption, workflow orchestration, and enterprise tech to refine targeting strategies and pitch messaging.

Requirements & Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

  • Recent Graduate or Final-Year Student from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) or National University of Singapore (NUS).

Technical & Domain Aptitude:

  • Solid, functional understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), AI Agents, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • High curiosity and enthusiasm for frontier AI technologies and enterprise digital transformation.

Key Competencies & Soft Skills:

  • Growth Mindset & Hustle: A proactive self-starter with a strong passion to develop business acumen and thrive in a fast-paced startup culture.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and/or Malay (highly desirable to support outreach to multi-lingual regional stakeholders across Southeast Asia).
  • Problem-Solving Approach: Solution-oriented mindset capable of thinking on your feet and translating technical capabilities into business value.
