Business Development Representative (B2B Cloud Software)

As part of our expanding sales team in Singapore, we’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support outreach and pipeline generation for their marketing, analytics, and content solutions across SEA Region primarliy focused on Vietnam and/or Philippines.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales development professional who thrives in outbound prospecting and is eager to break into enterprise SaaS sales. You’ll be helping mid-to-large businesses across APAC understand how cloud-based marketing, analytics, and content solutions can transform their digital customer journeys

THIS IS A 7-month CONTRACT ROLE SUBJECT TO EXTENSION BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS NEEDS

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Prospect and engage potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social channels for either Philippines or Vietnam markets
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team
  • Research key accounts and develop tailored outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activity, and progress in the CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to align on messaging and campaigns
  • Stay current on industry trends and product updates to effectively communicate value to prospects

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role (preferably in tech or SaaS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English + Vietnamese OR Tagalog fluency is required due to Market Focus
  • A self-starter with a go-getter attitude and a hunger to succeed
  • Resilient, coachable, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
  • Prior experience in cold calling or outbound sales preferred
