  • Foster a high-performance culture that promotes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Sales Performance Management

  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Ensure a consistently high standard of customer experience across all customer touchpoints.

Business Performance & Financial Management

  • Prepare and maintain the daily estimated Profit & Loss (P&L) dashboard, ensuring it is completed by the next business day following daily sales closing.
  • Analyse business performance and provide operational insights and recommendations to support management decisions.
  • Monitor branch profitability, identify improvement opportunities, and support cost optimisation initiatives.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.

Commercial & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with Authorised Distributors (AD) on vehicle pricing, product updates, and commercial programmes.
  • Communicate financing packages, promotional campaigns, and product updates to Sales Consultants and agency partners.
  • Work closely with Capital to negotiate competitive financing packages, commission structures, and interest rates that support business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and external business partners.

Workshop & Operational Coordination

  • Collaborate with Workshop and Aftersales teams to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with all operational, regulatory, and company policies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

People Leadership

  • Mentor Branch Managers and Sales Leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities and operational effectiveness.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
