About the Role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Campaign Executives.

This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to gain practical experience in marketing, customer engagement, and campaign execution.

You will work alongside experienced team members while receiving structured training and mentorship. As you develop, you will have opportunities to take on greater responsibilities and develop your leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Represent brands during customer-facing activities
  • Engage with customers and understand their needs
  • Communicate campaign messages clearly and professionally
  • Support events, roadshows, and promotional activities
  • Work collaboratively with team members during campaigns
  • Attend training and coaching sessions
  • Apply communication and customer engagement techniques learned during training
  • Share feedback and observations with the team
  • Assist with campaign planning and execution as you gain experience

Requirements

  • No previous marketing experience required
  • Training and mentorship will be provided
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop
