Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and friendly service to customers, offering comprehensive information on vehicle models, features, specifications, and benefits.
  • Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable vehicle options that best match their requirements and budget.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to showcase performance, features, and overall driving experience.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and successfully close vehicle transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Work closely with the finance and insurance team to introduce financing packages, insurance solutions, and value-added products.
  • Follow up promptly with prospective and existing customers to build strong relationships, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle products, promotions, financing plans, accessories, and industry developments.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while contributing to overall team performance.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or a customer-facing sales role is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Possession of a valid driving licence with a good driving record.
