About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and relationship-focused Premier HNW Client Partnership Manager (Director) to lead the acquisition, development, and management of an exclusive portfolio of Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) and High Net Worth (HNW) clients across key international markets.

This role is for top-performing Private Bankers and Relationship Managers seeking a more entrepreneurial platform: leverage your relationship management expertise, expand your earning potential, and continue working with affluent clients in a highly rewarding commercial environment.

The successful candidate will leverage their network, commercial acumen, and consultative sales expertise to build long-term partnerships with affluent individuals while driving revenue growth through strategic client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with key clients through personalized engagement and exceptional service.
  • Understand individual client preferences, lifestyle requirements, and business objectives to deliver tailored solutions and experiences.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients through in-person meetings, virtual engagements, and strategic networking activities.

Business Development & Acquisition

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new HNW clients through personal networks, referrals, and business development initiatives.
  • Implement strategic account plans to maximize client growth and long-term value.
  • Generate new revenue opportunities by deepening relationships within existing client portfolios.
  • Expand market presence through targeted outreach and relationship-building activities.

Client Experience & Engagement

  • Curate bespoke experiences and engagement strategies designed to strengthen client loyalty and advocacy.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless resolution of requests and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver premium, high-touch service standards.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client journey.

Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights

  • Maintain a deep understanding of HNW client behaviors, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Provide insights that contribute to client acquisition strategies and retention initiatives.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and support business expansion efforts.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Partner with senior management on strategic initiatives involving client growth and market development.
  • Share best practices and mentor junior relationship management professionals where applicable.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure effective execution of client engagement strategies.
