Job Title: Founding Partners — Hong Kong & Singapore Location: Hong Kong & Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Business Partnership

Catalyse Founders: Seeking Ambitious Recruitment Head Hunters To Head Their Own Desk — Hong Kong & Singapore

An invitation to ambitious recruitment professionals ready to take control of their own desk.

Are you a rising recruiter in a large agency, consistently hitting your numbers but feeling like a small cog in a massive machine? You know you have the drive and the talent, but you are tired of the "spray and pray" mentality, the micromanagement, and the rigid corporate structures that cap your earning potential and professional growth. And then there is the culture — the gossip, the politics, the whispered comparisons between desks, the passive-aggressive competition that drains your energy and corrodes trust. You spend more time navigating office dynamics than actually building client relationships.

The Catalyse Group is building a different kind of recruitment business. We believe that the future of this industry belongs to highly focused, autonomous professionals operating within well-run boutique practices — environments where your energy goes into execution, not self-preservation. We are seeking ambitious head hunters in Hong Kong and Singapore to take ownership and head their own desk.

Breaking Your Natural Limit

We are looking for professionals with a solid foundation in recruitment who are hungry for the next level. You have proven you can bill, but you want to build.

We recognise that even the most ambitious professionals carry internal patterns that can quietly cap their performance — a ceiling we call the Natural Limit . Some of these patterns are personal; others are imposed by the very culture you work in. The gossip-fuelled, politically charged environment of a large agency does not just distract you — it actively reinforces the worst of these patterns. It feeds your insecurity, rewards your compulsion to please the wrong people, and keeps you busy with noise instead of strategy.

Through our proprietary Eternal Question coaching framework, we invest in your executionary power. We help you dismantle the fear that causes hesitation, the need to accommodate low-yield clients and internal politics, the illusion of busyness, and the unfocused energy that fails to convert to revenue. We strip away the dysfunction and build commercial precision in its place.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to run your own desk with the operational, compliance, and commercial infrastructure of an established group behind you — free from the toxic culture that held you back. For the right candidates who demonstrate exceptional execution and a desire to build, this role serves as a direct pathway to our Founding Partner co-ownership model.

Candidate Profile

•Demonstrable recruitment experience in Hong Kong or Singapore with a track record of consistent billings.

•

A fierce ambition to head your own desk and control your own market.

•Intellectual curiosity and a genuine openness to coaching and constructive challenge.

•The discipline to engage with a structured framework to accelerate your growth.

How to Apply

Please submit your CV and a concise, confidential covering letter to

[email protected]

addressing two points:

1.Why heading your own desk within a boutique framework represents the right next step for you, rather than conventional agency progression.

2.Which of the four Natural Limit patterns (fear/hesitation, compulsion to please, busyness without productivity, or unfocused energy) most closely describes a constraint you have personally experienced, and how you have attempted to address it.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. We look forward to a candid conversation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
