The posting

ICAS Training and Education College (ICASTEC) Pte Ltd, a private education institution based at Tung Ann Association Building, 141 Cecil Street. Singapore 069541, is looking for a warm, organized and service minded individual to join our team. You will be the first to face students and visitors and form key part of the team keeping our operations running smoothly.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma or Equivalent Prior experience in a general office or customer service role; experience in an educational institution is an advantage.
  • Comfortable with using AI, data entry and basic administrative system; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) good spoken and written communication skills; able to converse comfortable with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Detail-Oriented, organized, and able to multi-task in a busy, student -facing environment. A friendly, patience and service-oriented attitude. Able to work on weekend is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact- greeting students, parents and visitors warmly and professionally at the front desk
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and walk-in enquiries on course, schedules, fee, enrolment and other matters
  • Guide students through administrative processes such as registration, attendance queries, fee payment and certificate collection
  • Escalate and follow up on student issues with the relevant academic or admin colleague, ensuring timely resolution

Administrative Support

  • Support the admin team with data entry and maintenance of student records, attendance and course registration information in the college's systems
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, scanning and record -keeping in line with data protection and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing of office supplies
  • Assist in scheduling of classes, meeting rooms and appointments
  • Perform other general administrative and ad-hoc duties a assigned
