The posting

This is a 2-year contract position attached to a trade union. The centre is a one stop advisory, consultancy, and workforce transformation support for employers.

Key Responsibilities

Research and Content Development

-Conduct research on employment legislation, workplace policies, HR trends, and workforce transformation initiatives.

-Draft employer advisories, guidance notes, articles, and thought leadership materials on Employment Act, workplace regulations, and emerging HR issues.

-Develop practical resources such as playbooks, toolkits, case studies, templates, and best practice guides for employers.

-Support the preparation of presentation materials, reports, and briefing papers for internal and external stakeholders.

Employer Advisory and Engagement

-Serve as a first point of contact for employer enquiries relating to grants and other available support schemes.

-Triage and assess enquiries, providing preliminary guidance and escalating complex cases to relevant departments where appropriate.

Marketing and Administrative Support

-Assist in developing marketing materials and social media communications

-Coordinate outreach efforts (webinars, workshops, and employer engagement activities) to increase awareness and adoption of the Centre’s programmes

-Support project management and administration for the Centre’s initiatives.

-Assist with reporting, stakeholder coordination, scheduling, and other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

-Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline.

-Preferably 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience. Candidates with no experience may be considered.

-Strong writing, research, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical guidance

-Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

-Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.]

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, 5 day week
