Job Summary

We are seeking a highly professional and dependable Chairman’s Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive lifestyle, travel, and executive administrative support. This role requires a discreet, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment and supporting high-level personal and business activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chairman’s daily schedule by coordinating meals, transportation, and accommodation to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Coordinate health-related matters by scheduling medical appointments and annual health check-ups to maintain wellbeing
  • Arrange and manage international travel itineraries for business and personal trips, including flight and hotel bookings, visa arrangements, and travel documentation to facilitate smooth travel experiences
  • Accompany the Chairman on overseas trips as required and provide on-ground support to address any immediate needs or changes
  • Execute the Chairman’s instructions accurately while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Coordinate meetings and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support decision-making and collaboration
  • Provide proactive support to anticipate and resolve operational challenges, ensuring efficient daily workflow

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, demonstrating the ability to manage complex schedules and travel arrangements
  • Experience supporting CEOs or high-net-worth individuals, enhancing the ability to handle high-level personal and business activities
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Calm, professional, and detail-oriented mindset to maintain accuracy and composure under pressure
  • Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
