💼 Your Role

As a Charity Collector, you’ll help create positive interactions between charitable organisations and the wider community.

Your responsibilities include:

  • 🤝 Represent charitable organisations professionally at campaigns, events, and outreach activities
  • 🗣️ Engage with members of the public through friendly, face-to-face conversations
  • ❤️ Raise awareness and communicate the mission and impact of charitable causes
  • 👂 Listen to questions and concerns and provide clear, accurate information
  • 🌟 Deliver professional and positive experiences during outreach activities
  • 💡 Build trust and meaningful relationships with members of the community
  • 📣 Support charity campaigns, promotional activities, and public engagement initiatives
  • 📝 Gather feedback and insights to support future outreach strategies
