  • 2–3 years kitchen experience preferred
  • You know your craft and kitchen basics
  • You can confidently run your station
  • Fast-paced service? Bring it on.

🍳 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

  • Prep & cook brunch and seasonal dishes
  • Take ownership of your station and mise en place
  • Keep every plate consistent and on point
  • Support smooth and efficient service
  • Work closely with the kitchen team during busy periods
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe workstation
  • Guide and support junior kitchen team members when needed
